Nebraska Brewing Company's new IPA

Based upon our love for an abundance of hops, months ago we set upon a re-examination of our IPA.

The outcome of this effort was an IPA with a West Coast influence yet a creation born right here in Nebraska.

Rich in flavor and abundant in citrus, pine, and floral aromatics which were created through a wonderful infusion of Citra hops.

Completely refreshing with a medium mouthfeel, crisp bitterness and nearly balanced malt.

Finishes dry with a head that creates excellent lacing.

7.0 ABV, 71 IBU

The pilot brewing is done - now shipping!

Nebraska Brewing Company is pleased to announce that we were awarded 2 medals in the Strong / Double / Imperial Pale Beer category.

The Bronze Medal went to our Oaked Rye IPA and the Gold Medal went to Melange a Trois.

Nebraska Brewing Company Reserve Series Fathead Barley Wine Release 10/29/2010

This Friday October 29th, we'll be releasing our newest bottled batch of Stranahans Whiskey Barrel Aged Fathead!

Our 2009 bottling went over very well and sold out quickly. In fact, last year's release was the first true release after emerging from our pilot phases. Currently, an A- on Beer Advocate and a 95 on RateBeer with ratings from as far away as Denmark and France. For such a small release - it really got around.
