Stout is a dark brew, almost black, with a highly roasted taste and unique smell. During the industrial revolution stout was stored in huge quantities by industrial brewers, during which time Microflora growth accumulated, giving stout its famous “horse blanket” aroma.
Bare Knuckle Stout uses the finest ingredients including roasted barley, pale and caramel malts balanced with domestic hops. It brings together Irish character and American spirit in a refreshing new brew. Slow roasted barley and limited batches give you the deep dark color, creamy head and a fist-full of flavor.
