The beers of Brasserie de la Senne are produced by two young brewers Brussels Yvan De Baets and Bernard Leboucq, which are primarily two enthusiasts.
They work in a small brewery, and make it a point to make beer with the old, unfiltered, unpasteurized, free of any additives, using only the finest raw materials of high quality.
These beers, complex flavor and personality are well marked real character beers. They refermentent bottled or on tap, which gives them a long shelf life and tastes evolve.
Grow somewhat before, the brewers left their microbrewery Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, and are currently leasing a brewery where they brew their beer themselves, time to mount their own production. This will be based in Brussels in autumn 2010.
