Neill Acer, owner and brew master, brings over fourteen years of professional brewing experience, creativity, enthusiasm, and love for his craft to The Defiant Brewing Company. These things have helped Neill win the praise of discerning beer drinkers, critics, and certified judges world wide.

Neill is a graduate of the University of Rochester and attended the Siebel Institute of Brewing Technology.
