Empire Brewing Company

Empire Brewing Company is a contemporary downtown bar and grill with a brewery on the premises. Using 100% NYS produced renewable energy, Empire brews with the finest quality hops, barley, wheat and proprietary yeast to produce beers that have won 12 international (World Beer Cup) and national (Great American Beer Festival) awards. Founded in Syracuse, NY in 1994, Empire has since expanded their brewing space to Brooklyn, NY. Empire Cream Ale, Amber Ale and IPA can now be found on tap at various bars and restaurants throughout NYS.
