The Brewers farm was created in 2006 after winning a contest brewing for amateurs, but we did our first brewing experience in 2001 on the kitchen stove in the brew kettle (little) to twenty liters.
As Bio-engineer, specializing in food processes and both passionate about beer, had quickly made the step to develop our own recipes.
It was not long, or in 2003 we switched to a "bigger" package eighty liters, which were further refined our beers and still be brewed with new test brews.
Of course, our brewing capacity is too small to meet demand requirements, which forces us to make our beer "elsewhere" to brew. For now, we brew our beers from Brouwerij De Graal in Brakel, because our dream remains: From our hobby into a profession and a small brewery in our farmstead install.
