Everyone starts out small, and in 1989 Cobra was no different.
Back then it was just our founder, Karan, and his business partner driving a battered old Citroen 2CV around London, selling less gassy Cobra out of the back of the boot and trying to turn Cobra into something amazing.
The car didn't last long, but Cobra has just kept going and going. Cobra premium beer is now available in almost 50 countries around the world, and is quenching the thirst of beer-lovers in bars, pubs and restaurants across the UK.
The family of Cobra products has grown, too, with a line-up that now includes the superb double-fermented King Cobra, Cobra Light, Cobra Zero%, and the Cobra Bite range of flavoured premium beers.
At the heart of it all is our commitment to quality. We only use the finest natural ingredients and pay obsessive attention to flavour and taste. We might have saved a few quid on the car, but we've never sacrificed the quality of our beers.
