Founded in 1997, the brewpub Bruyères breaststroke since then beers "Botteresse. The two creators of these beers (a former brewer and chemist) develop high density beer rich in aromas and flavors. The brew 100 liters no longer meet demand, the brewery in 2005 moved into new premises in the small hamlet of Over-the-Woods (Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse Liège province). A year of installation and development later, the first 1,000 liters of brew tanks out in February 2006.

Since our facility, both production and consumer interests in relation to our products continues to grow. We invite you to visit the brewery to introduce you as our range of beers that the care we take in their brew.
