It all started on Commerce Street in South Norwalk, CT back in 1989. That was where and when the brewery first took roots. It established a quick and solid reputation as a brewery that produced great tasting, quality beer. Over the course of the next few years brewer Rob Leonard saw an opportunity and grabbed onto it with both hands (and feet). In 2001 he boxed up his brewing knowledge, the newly acquired company name, his recipes and relocated the whole place up to Woodbridge, CT. Seven Selden Street in Woodbridge is where Rob still is today. The unassuming brewery, tucked back from the street is just a cans toss away from the New Haven line. And that's also where you'll find Rob making the Gold Medal Award winning Atlantic Amber, the refreshing seasonal Gold Stock Ale, the ode to past New Haven beer makers (and drinkers), Elm City Lager and the complex malt character of Sea Hag I.P.A.
