Sapporo U.S.A., Inc. opened in New York in July, 1984. Despite our relative "youth", Sapporo has established itself as the most popular Japanese beer imported into the U.S.

Our brands represent a brewing tradition that dates back to 1876. Sapporo Premium has been a perennial favorite from the beginning. Our latest offering, 100% barley malt Sapporo Reserve, comes in a distinctive gold can and retro-labeled bottle, and is brewed twice as long as other lagers.

Today, Sapporo U.S.A. has a major presence on both coasts, with offices in Los Angeles and New York.
