The Solemar Vineyard sites in the Northern portion of Italy are located within some of the most renowned growing areas – Pavia, Venezie and Veneto. Our winemakers work diligently during harvest to time the picking to occur at the lowest possible temperature – late night or early morning – to preserve the flavor intensity and varietal integrity of the grapes.
