OUR STORY
One night, while discussing our future over dinner, my wife, Tricia, asked me the age-old question, "What do you want to do with the rest of your life?"
I knew two things: I was tired of being a geologist, and I loved homebrewing beer. So, naturally, my answer was, "I want to start a microbrewery!"
And with the support of friends and family, Tallgrass Brewing Company was born. That was in 2006, and I have never looked back.
OUR FRIENDS & OUR BEER
As a homebrewer, my goal was to make great tasting and unique brews that I would proudly serve my friends. Nothing has changed since we started Tallgrass. We're just making more beer for more friends.
OUR PROMISE
We promise to keep brewing great beers if you promise to keep drinking them. Is it a deal? I sure don't want to go back to being a geologist!
