Tappeto Volante is brewed in a small family-owned brewery in the town of Biella, near Milan. The brewery is run by the Thedy family, now in its fourth generation of craft brewing. This little Biella brewery is committed to making high quality beer.

Tappeto Volante is a collaborative effort between two respected brewers, one American, one Italian: both partners wanted to create a beer that, while rooted in traditional craft brewing methods, would provide Italian and American consumers with a beer that transcends the mainstream Italian beers.
