The brewpub Birrificio Troll lies in the heart of the serene mountains. The wooden stove burns during the cold winters and the fresh breeze from the sea cools the guests during the summer. It is in this atmosphere that the beer is brewed from tradition and in search of synergy with nature. Using only local ingredients and combining them with ancient recipes has led to new creations. Sun, snow, streams & forests, music, peace and joy are the emotions in our beers and our dishes. To health!!!

To give life and character to our beers, transferring our passion and love of life to the products we create. This is our secret: the search for the conception of handcrafted beer and a locally inspired kitchen.
We are inspired by the brewing traditions of Belgium and the United Kingdom in the way they key beer styles have evolved over history. We like to give our beers a touch of fantasy and a very defined personality. Our beers are exclusively top fermenting and are unfiltered and unpasteurized. Four of our nine beers are available year round (Panada, Dorina, Patela, and Shangrila) and the others are seasonals. We use fresh mountain water, top choice malts and the best hops and select ingredients in our creations.
