DBGB Whole Hog Feast with Sixpoint
Time to celebrate the aluminum-suited craft brews we love at DBGB. Come embrace the can with us as we feature a slew of Sixpoint tall boys alongside a few other favorites. No church key required!
Just what is a DBGB Whole Hog Feast? We start with our house-made charcuterie and move on to Chef Olivier's Pennsylvania Green Village Farms slow roasted Provencal suckling pig. It's stuffed with tomato, fennel, niçoise olives, and bacon and served with beer braised sauerkraut, grilled asparagus, spring peas, and fingerling potatoes and ramps. Finish the evening off with our fabulous flaming vanilla, pistachio, and raspberry baked Alaska. It's a family style affair - so get your can in here by 7pm!
