Don Cazentre is the Food & Drink editor for The Post-Standard in Syracuse. He is a native of New Orleans and a graduate of the University of Missouri. He has been covering the beer scene in Upstate New York since the mid- 1990s, and has added wine, spirits, cocktails and the food that goes with them to his portfolio of topics.
