We will be opening on March 12th at 5pm and stay open till 2am with 20 craft beers on tap.
The Birdsall House will be a showcase for the American Craft Brewer, with a focus on small production breweries from the great state of New York. We will also carry ales and lagers from Belgium, Germany and other European breweries that have inspired the modern craft brewing movement in the States. A section of our large basement will be used to cellar big beers for our vintage list and hopefully inspire future vertical tastings. We will also carry a large selection of American whisky & Bourbon, as well as some select scotches and Agave tequilas.
Our goal at the Birdsall House will be to inspire and delight our patron’s taste buds, and we will be hosting regular beer dinners with brewers and farmers.
We look forward to serving Peekskill and the surrounding Hudson Valley.
