Doppelbocks

Can someone please answer a question for me? I was asked by a retailer if it is an indicator or just a coincidence that all German import doppelbocks end in A T O R? ( Ayinger Celebrator, Paulner Salvator, and Spaten Optimator, even though the label on the Optimator says malt liquor).

Paulner Salvator was the "original" Doppelbock of commerical breweries (I should say at least so it goes, there was likely several small German breweries that had Doppelbocks. Anyhow, all the commercial Doppel's tend to end in "ATOR" as a nod to Salvator. You see the same deference from many craft american doppels.
