Places for good food and beer in Albany and north along the Mohawk bikeway

On Friday I'll be riding the Mohawk-Hudson Bikeway starting in Albany and heading north, maybe all the way to Schenectedy along the Hudson and Mohawk rivers. Are there any good places to stop for lunch or dinner and have a good beer? Let me know, and Thanks!
