In the United States, you can go to the better supermarkets and hotel & catering outlets for your Duvel and sometimes you’ll find the two Maredsous beers with 8 and 10% alcohol content there too. Duvel Moortgat also took over the American Ommegang brewery in Cooperstown (New York), with its Hennepin, Ommegang, Ommegang Witte, Rare Vos and Three Philosophers beers: American artisan high fermentation specialty beers, but still brewed in the best Belgian tradition. Definitely worth trying for both Americans and tourists in the United States! On the East Coast, the group has acquired the distribution rights for Duvel from Vanberg & Dewulf. Belukus imports our beers on the West Coast.
