Our 60 Minute IPA is continuously hopped - more than 60 hop additions over a 60 minute boil (getting a vibe yet of where the name came from?). 60 Minute is a session India Pale Ale brewed with a slew of great Northwest hops. A powerful, but balanced East Coast I.P.A. with a lot of citrusy hop character. The session beer for hardcore beer enthusiasts!

With a deep golden color, an "India Pale Ale" by definition is highly hopped and high in alcohol (ours is 6.9% alc./vol.). This medium bodied, refreshing ale displays light-medium malt character with a heavy dose of over the top hops! Two full weeks of "dry hopping" give this beer its abundant hop aroma and crisp hop flavor.

Gratefully dedicated to the Rogue in each of us. In the early 1990s Dead Guy Ale was created as a private tap sticker to celebrate the Mayan Day of the Dead (November 1st, All Souls Day) for Casa U Betcha in Portland, Oregon. The Dead Guy design proved popular and was incorporated into a bottled product a few years later with Maierbock as the elixir. Strangely, the association with the Grateful Dead is pure coincidence. Dead Guy is a German-style Maibock made with Rogue's proprietary "PacMan" ale yeast.

Hedonistic! Ebony in color with a rich creamy head. The mellow flavor of oats, chocolate malts, and real chocolate are balanced perfectly with the right amount of hops for a bittersweet finish. Chocolate Stout is brewed with 10 ingredients: Northwest Harrington and Klages, Crystal 135-165 and Beeston Chocolate Malts, Cascade Hops, Rolled Oats and Roasted Barley, Natural Chocolate Flavor, Free Range Coastal Waters and PacMan Yeast.

Dedicated to Justin Fisch, the Shade Man, and the official beer of the Rogue Nation. Brutal combines Oregon hops with English Malts. The Oregon grown Crystal hop is a triploid variety developed from the German Hallertau aroma hop variety with contributions from Cascade, Brewers Gold, and Early Green. Crystal is the only hop used in brewing Brutal and it provides a massive amount of aroma without dry-hopping.

Pecans suck. That’s what I thought as a kid. Now I love them. So much so that I decided tgo create a beer in homage to the pecan as it finds the perfect home: a pie. Our Pecan Pie Porter balances sweet and nutty porter flavors with the subtle addition of all natural and organic pecan concentrate and butter pecan extract. The result is mouthwatering goodness.

Hoppy Feet has been lovingly crafted by combining Premium malt with lots of Amarillo and Columbus Hops. Grapefruit and Pine are balanced on the nose and on the palate by a nutty, dark chocolate, roasted backbone.

This Belgian India Pale Ale is as much a work of art as our labels and will begin shipping to stores late next week. Brewed with a complex yet soft malt bill, this beer is all about not so subtle seduction. Tramp Stamp combines the same Chambly yeast and sweet orange peel we use in our Clementine White Ale but kicks it up a notch with the addition of Columbus, Amarillo, and Centennial hops. The marriage between aggressive hops, sweetness from the Chambly yeast and orange peel, and the innocence of the malts create a very unique Belgian IPA-best described as “bodacious”.

Feeling Hoppy? The Shipyard IPA is a single-hopped ale that satisfies the discriminating India Pale Ale enthusiast. Wonderfully balanced and deceptively smooth. Fuggles are a traditional variety English hop and their mild spicy aroma makes them highly prized by brewers. These classic hops were first propagated in 1875 and are named after the farmer who cultivated the strain in East Kent, England. The hop is a vine and the part used to aromatize and flavor beer is the cone-like flower. Its complex aromas predominate in a dry, crisp ale.

"The antithesis of unearthly." The hexagram talisman has been used around the world for centuries to invoke magic and good luck. The six–point star is also the customary symbol of the brewer, representing the essential aspects of purity: water, hops, grain, malt, yeast, and of course, the brewer. Wishes of good fortune often collaborate with the brewer’s creativity to yield dramatic results. We carefully chose the name for this Imperial India Black Ale, Iniquity – a word opposing goodness. Why? This beer is contrary to what one may expect from an IPA; this is an ale as black as night.

A clean, crisp gluten-free ale with a pilsner style lager finish and aromas of citrus and mandarin from American Amarillo hops.

Offering light roast malt on the nose and on the tongue a sweetish caramel gives way to a mouthful of smoky, dry maltiness, and an astringency on the finish that comes entirely from the brown, black and chocolate malts, rather than hops; and there are an awful lot of Fuggle hops in our porter.

Thumbing through her grandfather's books one day Dorothy came upon a wonderful stout recipe. She gave it to the head brewer of the Wye Valley Brewery who eagerly purchased the ingredients: roasted and flaked barley, pale malts and of course Irish Northdown Hops. Much to Dorothy's delight, he called it 'Dorothy Goodbody's Wholesome Stout' or should it have been 'Perfection'?

“Fuggles” and “Challenger” hops plus a blend of 4 local barley malts create an aromatic, strong, dark chocolate cream stout with a satisfying bittersweet aftertaste. Gold Medal winner in the International Beer Competition in 2003 and 2004. Serve at room temperature.

This fine beer is a blend of a mature old ale and a younger light beer – just as a true Porter should be. The marriage produces an extremely characterful brew which is dark in colour and complex in taste. CAMRA Champion Beer of Suffolk 2005 / Bronze medal CAMRA Winter Beers Festival 2007.

Named Grande Réserve in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, it is principally distinguished by its character of a strong beer. This is a beer whose fragrance of fresh yeast with a light, flowery rosy touch is especially pleasant. Its flavor, noticed when tasting it, only accentuates the pleasant sensations perceived in the aroma, while revealing a light but pleasant touch of roasted malt. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurized.

Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer with its typical golden color, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer's flavor, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of Muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.

We all need a bit of variety and that's why we came up with the idea for Magners Pear. Of course, we like to do things properly and don't mind taking our time about it, so unlike some Pear ciders, the only fruit that goes into ours is pears.

And of course, you'll only find 100% premium quality pears in Magners Pear, which we filter to get rid of any impurities before fermenting slowly.
