Belgian White Ale
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that's yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly fruity thirst quencher.
Best With:
This exceptional Belgian style white is very good with fried fish, sardines, Arctic char and salmon. The hops will also give this beer the muscle to stand up to spicy Thai and Mexican dishes.

American Wheat Ale
The brewmaster's goal: the perfect ale for summertime quaffing, nothing more. Breck Brew's SummerBright is the result. The craftsman's touch combines white wheat, two row pale and munich malt with the pacific northwest's most intriguing hops along with citrus peel to create a bright, clean ale ideal for picnicking, evenings on the screen porch and enjoying the whims of the summer breeze.
Best With:
Steamed mussels or other shellfish, fruit salads, lighter fare

American Double / Imperial IPA
471 IPA pours as a clear, orangey color with a creamy, eggshell white, moderate head; it has a good lasting ability and some sporadic lace. Aroma sweet from the tangerine, light orange peel, light pine, dank, wisps of alcohol, and faint notes of biscuits. Flavor is similar with its tangerine, grassy notes, light pine resins, light white grapefruit peel, and a sweet bread note. Palate is medium, lively, and balanced between oily, dry, and crisp and lingering tangerine notes.
ABV 9.2%

Traditional Ale
A modern update on a 9th century Finnish proto-beer.
Brewed with rye, we caramelize the wort with white hot river rocks, then ferment it with a German Weizen yeast. In addition to juniper berries foraged directly from the Finnish country-side we added a sort of tea made with black tea, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and black pepper.
The spicing is subtle and balanced and Sahtea is a highly-quaffable, truly-unique brew with a full-mouth feel.

Belgian Style Triple
Deceptive and delicious Belgian-style Tripel. Bete Blanche is extremely drinkable, blonde and somewhat treacherous. Brewed entirely from pale malt and augmented in the boil with Turbinado sugar. Bittered with German Northern Brewer and finished with Styrian Goldings hops. Fermented with mixed Belgian and American ale yeasts
Best With:
Generally speaking, Belgian ale is a gastronomic miracle. The delicate spicy and fruity nature of these ales, accentuated by the distinctive Belgian yeast strains, pairs beautifully with lamb, mussels, and semi-soft cheeses such as gouda, havarti, and tilsit.

India Pale Ale
A Northwest interpretation of a classic English style, golden copper in color and loaded with New World hop flavor and aroma. Lively aromas of citrus and pine greet the nose while tastes of bready and sweet caramel malts beautifully balance the hop bitterness. Extremely drinkable.

Saison
Colette is our homage to the beers that Belgian farm workers have enjoyed for centuries. Brewed with barley, wheat and rice and fermented at high temperatures with a special blend of four different yeast strains, Colette is fruity and slightly tart, with a dry finish that makes it that rarest of treats - a beer as refreshing as it is complex. 7.3% ABV

Imperial Stout
Welcome to the newest incarnation of our revered imperial stout. We toned down the hops a bit to allow cocoa nibs to contribute some pleasing bitterness, while vanilla notes from the oak combine with the cocoa to create an aroma and flavor akin to a gourmet chocolate bar. A dash of cayenne keeps things lively, adding just a bit of heat to the finish. A Yeti for summer? Hell yes.
Best With:
Raw oysters, grilled NY strip, chicken mole, Roaring 40’s blue cheese,crème bruleé, chocolate raspberry mousse cake.

Pale Ale
Sporting a brilliant copper hue and an assertive floral hop aroma, DPA is known for its smooth, malty middle, which is expertly complemented with hearty and complex hop flavor. DPA's extraordinary hop finish is marked by crisp yet moderate hop bitterness. Its well-balanced profile makes DPA the perfect beer to accompany a hearty mountain picnic or a night on the town. For those who seek beers characterized by excitement, flavor and distinction, Denver Pale Ale is the natural choice.
Best With:
Robust pasta sauces, such as Arrabbiata, Puttanesca, spicy Italian sausage and roasted red pepper sauce, or sausage and sun dried tomato cream sauce. John Lehndorff of the Rocky Mountain News suggests serving DPA with spicy ribs. DPA's hearty hop profile is the perfect complement to the rich flavor of DPA Braised Lamb Shanks.

Hades is brewed with a rare Belgian yeast strain that gives a complex spicy flavor and aroma. Noticeable hops and medium malt character make it an extremely well-balanced, crisp ale.

Double IPA
Hoppier, maltier and with more alcohol than a standard IPA, Hercules Double IPA definitely is not for the faint of heart. Hercules Double IPA is, however, an elixir fit for the gods. A brash but creamy wonder, Hercules pours a deep orange-coppery color, forming substantial lace in the glass. Hercules Double IPA delivers a huge amount of piney, floral, and citrusy hop aroma and flavor from start to finish. A hefty backbone of nutty, toffee-like malt character balances Hercules' aggressive, punchy hop profile.
Best With:
Our friends Kate and David at Denver's finest artesian cheese and exotic food shop, The Truffle, find Hercules Double IPA the perfect complement to the following specialty cheeses: Epoisses - a runny and rich washed-rind French cow's milk cheese, Redhawk - a smooth and creamy American washed-rind cow's milk cheese, and Livarot - a golden yellow, semi-soft, pungent French cow's milk cheese. Other delicacies to enjoy alongside Hercules include grilled fish tacos or grilled scallops, and chips and guacamole.

Belgian Lambic
Liefmans Fruitesse is a unique, fresh beer blend - maturing for 18 months on cherries in the Liefmans cellars - which is artfully blended with natural juices of cherry, bilberry, elderberry strawberry, and raspberry. The result is a fruit pleasantly sweet, sparking and refreshing beer with a soft foam head.
Best With:
The delightful tart quality of these beers enables them to work well as an aperitif, however they pair beautifully with tart desserts such as sour cherry pie, or strawberry rhubarb crisp.

Spiced Golden Ale
We create Fleur de Lehigh in the spirit of a new season. Spring is a time of warmth, blossoms, and memories of Shibe Park, where Philadelphians once celebrated the annual rebirth of baseball season. This unfiltered, golden ale brewed with ginger, lemongrass and other natural herbs, blooms upon the palate with a vibrant, floral character.
Best With:
As specialty beers are typically all made with flavor enhancing ingredients, foods with complimentary ingredients are generally an ideal match. For example, pumpkin beers pair well with spiced pumpkin pie, and chocolate beers tend to work well with chocolate based desserts.

India Pale Ale
This full-bodied traditional English-style ale is brewed with a high gravity and extra hops, which originally helped to preserve the beer on long voyages from England to India.
Best With:
With a bold emphasis on hop bitterness, India pale ales are the ultimate beverage pairing for spicy dishes. The sharp hop presence in most India pale ales can stand up to even the most devilish of spices in Cajun, Malaysian, Japanese, Indian, and Mexican cuisine.

Belgian Style Quadrupel
Strength (ABV):
12.0% ABV
Schlafly Quadrupel is, as its name implies, a serious beer. But don’t be intimidated. This fourth beer in our bottle-conditioned Belgian-style beer series has a rich, malty backbone that is generously balanced by select, fresh hops to create a luscious, smooth character. Sharing it with friends enhances the enjoyment, whether in front of a roaring fire or at the finest dinner party.
This beer pairs perfectly with all types of food, particularly those with assertive flavors. Remember to store this at cellar temperatures and serve it slightly chilled.

Bière de Garde
A bottle-conditioned, French farmhouse-style ale. The name refers to the beer's ability to improve with age and if you choose to age this ale, the tart fruitiness from the yeast and the sweet maltiness from the grains will meld together nicely for several years at cellar temperatures.
Best With:
From a culinary standpoint, French ales are spectacular food beers for their rich, subtly spicy character, broad range of fruity esters and moderate phenols in the nose, and relatively high, prickly carbonation. French ales are excellent with veal, lamb, or pork, but also work with a variety of seafood, salads, and clear broth soups.

Belgian Witbier
White Sun Wit (formerly Blanche) is a crisp and hazy Belgian-Style Wit. White Sun Wit is Weyerbacher’s thirst-quenching spring and early summer ale. The nose has a light spiciness from the coriander, orange peel, grains of paradise, and star anise. The palate reveals a mild, refreshing and effervescent wheat beer that finishes with just a hint of tartness.
Best With:
This Belgian-style wheat beer works well on its own as an aperitif, but also pairs well with lighter fare such as salads with a citrus dressing. It can work surprisingly well with omelets made with apples and goat cheese. Some people enjoy this beer with a slice of orange as a garnish.

Wheat Beer
Half-e-Weizen (formerly Mo Ale), was inspired by, and dedicated to, Mo and Dutch Niemi, real people inspiring a real product. Mo was a restaurateur and raconteur whose clam chowder is world-famous; Dutch a leader by example for coastal fisherman. Together their spirit indelibly shapes the daily lives of the Newport, OR waterfront. Half-e-Weizen is a refreshing, unfiltered fusion of wheat and Northwest Harrington malts, coriander, ginger, and Saaz hops in the Belgium style.
Best With:
Half-e-Weizen is meant to be paired with lighter fare, such as salads with citrus based dressings.

Pale Ale
Copper Cone Pale Ale is a special offering, aroma rich, pale ale that may vary the hops, malts and even sometime the yeast used. Typically this beer is an “over the top” Pale Ale with a deep copper color and loads of dry hopping going into each batch. The fresh hop aroma of this beer makes it a stand out. Stronger in alcohol and body than CAPT’N CROMPTON’S PALE ALE and appeals to beer aficionados.
Best With:
The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor of pale ale lends to this beer’s ideal match with generously spiced foods such as Southern barbeque, wasabi crusted Japanese dishes, and curry based Indian dishes. This style is also the perfect complement to grilled meats, burgers, and pizza.

Belgian-Style Dark Ale Brewed with Cinnamon, Vanilla, Oak Chips, and Dried Figs
21st Amendment founders Nico Freccia and Shaun O’Sullivan traveled to Belgium to develop the recipe for this special beer, visiting small, traditional breweries in the hop fields of west Flanders, not far from the famous Trappist abbey of Westvletren.
Best With:
Monk’s Blood is designed to pair beautifully with rich winter stews, creamy cheeses, unctuous desserts or just by itself, in a Belgian tulip glass, with a good book by the fire.
