The brewmaster's goal: the perfect ale for summertime quaffing, nothing more. Breck Brew's SummerBright is the result. The craftsman's touch combines white wheat, two row pale and munich malt with the pacific northwest's most intriguing hops along with citrus peel to create a bright, clean ale ideal for picnicking, evenings on the screen porch and enjoying the whims of the summer breeze.

White beer with a twist of apple juice. Brewed with spices (coriander, orange zest, and licorice) with natural flavors. Deep golden in color and naturally cloudy, this bottle-conditioned white beer is fresh, crisp and exceptionally refreshing.

Brewed with all natural ingredients, including Caramel, Pilsen and Munich barley malts, and Saaz, Kent and Hallertau hops. Beer authority Michael Jackson describes Corsendonk® Abbey Brown Ale as "A strong, Burgundy-colored ale in the style of the classic Trappist brews of Belgium. Has a very distinctive bouquet: yeasty, fruity and slightly smoky. In palate, it has notes of port, raisins and black chocolate. Matures greatly with age, becoming softer, smoother and deeper in palate. Ideally, should be stored for at least a year, and could mature for at least five."

Why does the world need another IPA? Because this one ain't like them others. Using hops of a different color, earthy and herbal, it's well balanced by bready malt. The result? An English-style IPA that separates itself from the ubiquitous bunch. Cartloads of bitter monkeys flinging wasteful amounts of bananas into the jungle - we're so done with that.

Initial malt sweetness followed by earthy, straw and herbal hop notes. Finishes dry with a pleasant lingering bitterness and distinctly British hop character.

The Maple Oat Ale is brewed with Maine-grown organic oats from granola company GrandyOats and Vermont-produced organic maple syrup from Butternut Mountain Farms in Morrisville, Vermont. The beer is in support of Chefs Collaborative, the nation’s leading culinary organization that provides its members with tools for running economically healthy, sustainable food service businesses.

Unfiltered – Like Life Itself

Ovila Abbey Ales will closely follow the traditions established by centuries of monastic brewing. “Thirty years ago, I never thought we would be working with a monastery,” says Ken Grossman, founder of Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. “I first toured some of the Belgian abbey breweries in the 1980’s, and I’ve been fascinated with the beers ever since. It’s exciting for us to work on this project, and to experiment with these unique Belgian-inspired styles. The response so far has been great, and I can’t wait for the first release.”

Dubbed the Flying Mouflan (for reasons that become clearer toward the bottom of the glass) this strong alluring ale is two beers in one. Cracking open a fresh bottle unleashes hops and heat with more than 100 IBUs emanating from three hop varieties and sweet burn of 9.3% ABV. Cellaring the Flying Mouflan in a cool dark place at 50 degrees for a minimum of four months will mellow out the hops and wash away the heat. If you can resist temptation you will be rewarded with two memorable beers in a single bottle.

A light lager released at the beginning of the summer when Nantucket is just getting it's groove on! It's a classic Bavarian style lager with a delicious malt palate and an assertive noble hop finish. Hints of citrus give this lager a light, refreshing flavor perfect for hot summer nights.

A traditional summer wheat beer marries a west coast Pale ale. Brewed with locally grown wheat, providing a complex mouthfeel, and single-hopped and generously dry-hopped with Amarillo, creating a glorious citrusy aroma and finish. The approachable 5% abv makes this the perfect session beer on a summer day.
