Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA

Product - Dogfish Head 120 Minute Ipa
Brewed By:
Dogfish Head
Self-Defined Style:
Double Imperial IPA
Strength (ABV):
18.0% ABV

Too extreme to be called beer? 120 Minute IPA is brewed to a colossal 45-degree plato, boiled for a full two hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for another month on whole-leaf hops!

Clocking in at 15-20% ABV and 120 IBUs, 120 Minute is by far the biggest IPA ever brewed! It's easy to see why we call this beer THE HOLY GRAIL for hopheads!

We brew 120 Minute IPA a few times a year, but it goes fast. If you find some grab a few bottles -- some to enjoy and some to age.

Watch this:

Best With:
A general rule of thumb with this beer is 'the spicier the better.' The impressive hop bitterness in this beer can stand up to just about any degree of spiciness in dry rubbed ribs, curry based Indian food, or wasabi spiced Japanese fare.

Brewed By:
Mission Brewery
Self-Defined Style:
Dusseldorf - Style Altbier
Strength (ABV):
5.0% ABV
Bitterness (IBU):
43 IBU

Dusseldorf-Style Altbier
A covenant of light and dark, of refreshing and full-flavored, making for one majestic session beer. With a crisp lager-like spirit and a toasty character, the bitterness is bolstered yet balanced. The lingering sweet caramel taste is buttressed by the generous use of Munich, Vienna and Pilsner malts.

Mission Blonde

Product - Mission Blonde
Brewed By:
Mission Brewery
Self-Defined Style:
Kolsch Style Ale
Strength (ABV):
5.0% ABV
Bitterness (IBU):
20 IBU

Kolsch-Style Ale
With the color of a pilsner and the character of an ale, our blonde settles into the realm of restorative. Endowed with an authentic Kolsch yeast strain for a peck of fruitiness that compliments the blend of noble hops. Lager-like with its delicate dryness, it really is redolent of ales from Koln, Germany.

Brewed By:
Mission Brewery
Self-Defined Style:
Imperial Stout
Strength (ABV):
9.8% ABV

The ancient legends that abound the Russian Imperial Stout of yore are filled with tempestuous romance, sinful thievery, and scurvy, too. So highly regarded was this historic recipe, the Russian Kings tried to keep it all to themselves. They failed. Today we bring you our own dastardly dark version, with a rich and roasty aroma, notes of plum and port and a velvety texture so luscious it just might make a grown man weep.

Mission Hefeweizen

Brewed By:
Mission Brewery
Self-Defined Style:
Hefewiezen
Strength (ABV):
5.3% ABV
Bitterness (IBU):
15 IBU

Our award winning Bavarian-Style Hefeweizen is unlike the cloying lemon-laden beers that flood the market under the same name. Ours is a classic, a pious ode to the summer style, replete with hints of banana, clove and pear. It’s all in all refreshing, and no fruit was added-nor needed. Instead the complex character of the beer is produced through mastery, detail and authentic Bavarian yeasts.

A amazingly balanced and hoppy beer, yet finishes as smooth as silk with no hint of high alcohol hotness usually associated with strong double IPA’s. Super citrus and grapefruit aromas and flavors from the generous use of Cascade, Magnum, Centennial and CTZ hops.

Weyerbacher
Self-Defined Style:
India Pale Ale
Strength (ABV):
5.9% ABV
Bitterness (IBU):
62 IBU

Weyerbacher’s new Last Chance IPA is a west coast-style full-flavored hop assault delightfully lacking in balance.
