Christoffel Blond is a robust, hoppy "Pilsner," that, according to famed beer writer Tim Webb, "has been for many years the best in Benelux."

A fruity aroma and a fresh taste with a pleasant, hoppy finish -- it is dry-hopped -- set Christoffel Blond apart from the normal bland Dutch beers you've probably tried before.

Christoffel Blond is available in loose 330 ml flip-top bottles, and as part of a special gift pack that also includes a bottle of Christoffel Robertus, a Christoffel glass, and two coasters.

With a modest, off-white head, Newcastle pours a deep chestnut color, and displays brilliant clarity. The flavor offers substantial maltiness and very subtle hop bitterness for balance. Newcastle Brown Ale was first brewed in 1927 in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England, by Jim Porter after three years of development.

Red Bridge is brewed without any barley, employing sorghum as a source of fermentable sugars for the real beer taste without any gluten.

Imperial Pilsner, part of the Morimoto Signature Series, was launched in September 2003. The beer was selected by internationally acclaimed Chef Masaharu Morimoto--a James Beard awarded chef and one of the stars of the Food Network series, Iron Chef. Brewed with four ingredients: 100% French Pilsner Malt, 100% Sterling Hops, Free Range Coastal Water and Czech Pilsner Yeast. Imperial Pilsner is golden in color with a dry hop floral aroma and intense hop bitterness supported by a big malty backbone.

Complex and balanced, with a beautiful hop aroma. This deep amber to golden colored full bodied lager displays caramel sweet notes balanced with distinct citrus and piney notes. A strong, smooth finish and mouth feel.

Hearty and smooth, brewed with select Moravian malt, Samuel Adams Octoberfest is red to golden amber in color. Primarily malty, slightly fruity with low to medium bitterness.

Originally a drink for lactating mothers, oatmeal stout was described as nutritional on early labels. Oats are in the same family as barley, and a small addition yields great flavor. Popular in the late 1800's, the last oatmeal stout was brewed before the First World War until Samuel Smith reintroduced this style in 1980. Almost opaque, with an unusually silky texture and complex, medium-dry velvet palate. Bittersweet finish.

Bock reflects the tradition of genuine Bavarian beers as a brew only a craftsman like Kosmos Spoetzl, trained in the "Old Country," could bring to life. With its deep amber color, distinctive rich flavor and full body, Shiner Bock demonstrates the care of a handcrafted brewing process to bring forth a mellow taste free of the bitter aftertaste found in many micro, specialty and imported beers. Just think of it as Shiner smooth.

GOLD MEDAL WINNER
California State Fair (Strong Ale/Barleywine: 2005, 2000, 1997)

Brewed using a blend of English malts. Magnum hops are used for the early hop addition, with Goldings for finishing and dry hopping. A very flavorful and hoppy ale.

The citrusy hop flavor coming from a mixture of Simcoe and Santiams is pleasantly balanced by a smooth bitterness from the Amarillo hops. The beer itself is light bodied and crisp with a golden color that will throw a slight haze, as we bottle it unfiltered. At 65 IBU's, this is definitely not a training-wheels IPA, but is meant for hop lovers looking to satisfy their craving in a way that's not easy to find. We think they'll be quite pleased.

Ebony in color due to the use of roasted barley malt, this beer has a subtle caramel aroma and drinks clean with a lingering, slightly sweet finish.

With a deep golden color, an "India Pale Ale" by definition is highly hopped and high in alcohol (ours is 6.9% alc./vol.). This medium bodied, refreshing ale displays light-medium malt character with a heavy dose of over the top hops! Two full weeks of "dry hopping" give this beer its abundant hop aroma and crisp hop flavor.

So called because of the "ruinous" effect on your palate! This massive hop monster has a wonderfully delicious and intensely bitter flavor on a refreshing malt base. One taste and you can easily see why we call this brew "a liquid poem to the glory of the hop!" Those who seek, crave and rejoice in beers with big, bold, bitter character will find true nirvana in Stone Ruination IPA!
