Best With: 
As specialty beers are typically all made with flavor enhancing ingredients, foods with complimentary ingredients are generally an ideal match. For example, pumpkin beers pair well with spiced pumpkin pie, and chocolate beers tend to work well with chocolate based desserts.

Crisp, full and firm bodied, with the classic golden color of a true Czech Pils. "Like Adam and Eve, Isaac and Ishmael, Mao and Confucius, Good and Evil, Day and Night, Hittites and Visigoths, John and Lorena, or Groucho and Moe, Ales and Lagers are as different as can be. Still, we must love each other for who they are, separately but equally, with liberty, and justice, for all. Cheers!"

Best With: 
A great Bohemian-style pilsener will always work with all seafood dishes, broth based soups and tapas. This brew also lends itself nicely jambalaya, falafels, and certain Caribbean dishes. Don't forget a good pilsner is also excellent with bar foods.

Full bodied, hints of citrus and tangy tangerine are evident in a massive complex hoppy flavor and aroma, but balanced by an assertive maltiness. "At the height of the heat in the heart of the summer, we felt the only cure was a raging mouthful of fresh Hops and Malt. Caution: May remove enamel from teeth."

Best With: 
Double IPA's carry with them the same basic characteristics as their single IPA cousins so most food pairings will remain consistent.

Medium bodied, lots of caramel malt. "This ale contains no actual copper but we're pretty literal... It looked coppery, so we lamely called it a copper ale. Lots'a nice caramel malt though..."

Best With: 
This clean copper ale can be used as a digestif or with game style meats like boar, veal or even a hearty steak. With its caramel notes this strong ale pairs with chocolates and sharp cheeses, as well as traditional bar foods. Affectionately known as "the Kronik," this California favorite is known to match best with a party and a good time.

Grisette is a Belgian farmhouse ale which was originally brewed in the Hainaut Province to be the beer of the miners in the area, just as Saison was the beer of the farmers. It was lighter than saison and frequently contained wheat as well as barley malt (as does the Sly Fox version). The name is derived from the French word for grey, referring either to the young women (the grisettes) who doled out pints as the men exited from the mines while still dressed in their grey factory frocks, or possibly the color of the cobblestone rock being mined.
