The brewmaster's goal: the perfect ale for summertime quaffing, nothing more. Breck Brew's SummerBright is the result. The craftsman's touch combines white wheat, two row pale and munich malt with the pacific northwest's most intriguing hops along with citrus peel to create a bright, clean ale ideal for picnicking, evenings on the screen porch and enjoying the whims of the summer breeze.
Steamed mussels or other shellfish, fruit salads, lighter fare
Rapscallion Honey, is an extra pale style ale infused with native wildflower honey from local farmers. It’s a crisp, clean, and refreshing craft beer with hints of cascade and nugget hops balanced by a subtle honey aftertaste.
Nude Beach is an unfiltered wheat ale using “au naturel” raw and red wheat. It has a yeasty, citrusy nose and a slightly fruity taste. It is delicately finished with Yakima hops (very delicately at 7 IBUs). With a refreshing light flavor, Point Nude Beach is perfect while enjoying summer activities or just hanging out with friends.
The same as our original wheat but with the delicious refreshing flavor of raspberry in every sip. A light dry finishing beer. A summer favorite on those hot days.
This beer is best served with salads or paired with light fruit desserts, such as souffles or chiffon cake. Many people enjoy it with chocolate desserts. It's also great with entrees that are prepared with fruit.
This pale hefeweizen displays a rich, lingering head foam, a honey-hued body, and the subtle aroma of banana and clove. The spicy flavor is enhanced by the silky mouth feel obtained through the use of wheat. The lingering finish mellows for quite some time.
This traditional German Hefeweizen pairs quite well with rich meats such as suckling pig, roast duck, or wild boar.
