Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer, Allagash White is unique and truly refreshing. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and our own special blend of spices, this beer is light and slightly cloudy in appearance, with a spicy aroma.

Best With: 
Pair with a salad with vinaigrette dressing or a fresh goat cheese. Excellent accompaniment to poultry and fish entrées or a dessert such as a spicy apple pie.

Similar to the Maerzen, the Urbock is distinctive in that it is slightly more robust. Its bolder burnt malt character tends to distract slightly from the intense smokiness, resulting in a more balanced, but stronger beer.

Best With: 
This smoked brew is awesome with hearty dishes that can be smoked, such as cheese, meat, and even fish. Whether smoked or not, the intense smokiness of this rauchbier will impart a bold smoky quality into any food you pair it with. Try it with Pork chops, fresh bacon, barbeque, asparagus, Mexican, Cajun and Chinese dishes.

Chocolate malt and real dark chocolate are combined with Young's award winning rich, full flavoured dark beer to craft a satisfyingly indulgent, but never overly sweet experience. Dark, ruby color, nearly black, distinctive chocolate flavor, smooth, velvety finish.

Best With: 
This sweet stout yearns for a pairing with chocolate confections, cheesecake and tiramisu.

Premium Raspberry is a beer made from traditional Gueuze Lambic, to which 25 per cent of fresh raspberry juice and natural sugar is added. A clear, dark red beer is obtained with a pink head. With an alcohol content of only 2.8 per cent by weight and its fruity character, this is a beer which is a tempting tipple, when drunk young or old.

The elegantly-shaped glass reinforces the image and symbolizes the natural charm of this fullbodied Raspberry (a raspberry beer).
