Obovoid Oak-Aged Oatmeal Stout is a small-batch, limited-edition beer and the 8th Release in our Looking Glass Series of specialty beers.  Aging Obovoid on oak adds an earthy character to the roasted notes and bittersweet chocolate finish derived from the black and chocolate malts.  Obovoid has a rich mouthfeel and pours a creamy, off-white color head.

Sweaty Betty Blonde is our Bavarian-style weiss beer, unfiltered with subtle hints of clove and banana.

Regal Pilsner is a double pilsner that, while brewed similar to a traditional Bohemian pilsner, is produced with American Sterling and Magnum hops, giving the beer an American craft beer flair with a hoppy finish. Brewery Director and Brewmaster, Todd Usry, says, “We chose Sterling hops for its floral aroma over the spiciness of Saaz hops traditionally used in pilsners. The Magnum hops finish the beer with a clean mouthfeel.” At 7% ABV (alcohol by volume), Regal Pilsner is full, yet soft in traditional pilsner style.

Traditional Hefeweizen from Germany usually taste like cardboard because by the time you drink them, they're not fresh anymore. Chuck brews Heinnieweisse with Bavarian yeast and a 67% wheat grist approximately 5000 miles closer to your mouth than Germany giving it a rich, fully fresh palate. Pour it and see the wheat cloudiness, smell the notes of estery aroma. At 4.9 % abv you’ll taste the effervescent, sweet yet tart freshness that no farty old German can boast. Porkslap Pale Ale
Brewed with 2 row North American barley and English crystal malt. The beer is flavored with crystal hop and a touch of fresh ginger to create a distinct flavor only a porkslapper can love. At 4.3% abv this beer is designed to have a good ale flavor and a crisp mild finish.

Deep amber to red in color, nice clarity, and displaying a thin collar of rich foam. Rich, smooth and dry, with a floral bouquet and hints of ginger and spice.
