This is our flagship beer. It won the gold medal at The 2006 World Beer Cup, the silver medal at The 2006 Great American Beer Festival and the silver medal at the 2004 World Beer Cup. Copper in color this brew is made from six different malts including: English Pale, Crystal, Munich, Carapils, Wheat and Belgian Caravienna. Toasted Lager displays a balanced flavor of malt and hop which makes for easy drinking. Special lager yeast is used to produce that long lasting, smooth finish.

Porkslap Pale Ale is brewed with 2 row North American barley and English crystal malt. The beer is flavored with crystal hop and a touch of fresh ginger to create a distinct flavor only a porkslapper can love. At 4.3% abv this beer is designed to have a good ale flavor and a crisp mild finish.

Deep amber to red in color, nice clarity, and displaying a thin collar of rich foam. Rich, smooth and dry, with a floral bouquet and hints of ginger and spice.

Turbodog is the inspiration for this robust dark ale with rich flavors of chocolate, toffee and vanilla. It is brewed with generous amounts of pale, caramel and chocolate malts and Willametter hops. Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer with its typical golden color, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer's flavor, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of Muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.
