Abita Turbodog is a dark brown ale brewed with Willamette hops and a combination of British pale, crystal and chocolate malts. This combination gives Turbodog its rich body and color and a sweet chocolate-toffee like flavor.

Golden hued, deep, complex palate including hints of banana and honey, long, soothing alcohol laced finish.

Maharaja is derived from the Sanskrit words mahat, - "great" and rajan - "king". Much like its namesake, this imperial IPA is regal, intense and mighty. With hops and malts as his servants, he rules both with a heavy hand. The Maharaja flaunts his authority over a deranged amount of hops: tangy, vibrant and pungent along with an insane amount of malted barley - fashioning a dark amber hue and exquisite malt essence.

Blue Moon Belgian White is a refreshing, medium-bodied, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat ale spiced with fresh coriander and orange peel for a uniquely complex taste and an uncommonly smooth finish. The name "Belgian White" is a reference to the cloudy white, opaque appearance of the beer. "Belgian White" also refers to the style of beer, which has been brewed in Belgium for about 300 years. Blue Moon is traditionally served with a slice of orange to complement the orange peel used in the brewing process. Blue Moon was launched in 1995.

In Belgium, a Grand Cru is traditionally brewed for special celebrations. This holiday season, there’s definitely something to celebrate: a blue moon on New Year’s Eve. To honor this rare event, we’ve brewed a limited-edition Blue Moon Grand Cru in the US. This small-batch, Artfully Crafted brew incorporates subtle hints of orange peel and coriander and delivers a warm, spicy finish. Garnish with an orange slice and celebrate.

The award-winning Brooklyn Lager is amber-gold in color, and displays a firm malt center supported by a fine bitterness and floral hop aroma. Caramel malts show in the finish. The aromatic qualities of the beer are enhanced by "dry-hopping," the centuries-old practice of steeping the beer with fresh hops as it undergoes a long, cold maturation. This bright golden colored lager beer pours brilliantly clear, with spritzy effervescence and a slight head. The beer tastes clean and refreshing with some mild cereal notes and some delicate hop bitterness. The finish is clean and relatively swift.

Brewed with all natural ingredients, including 93% barley malts (Plaisant and Triumph) and 7% wheat, and Styrian Goldings, Hallertau Herzbrucker and Kent Challenger hops. Beer authority Michael Jackson describes Corsendonk® Abbey Pale Ale as "Dry, with a great deal of finesse. A deceptively potent ale in the golden, "Triple" strength style of Belgium's Trappist monks. While traveling in Belgium, we visited an abbey that was surrounded by great legends and folklore. We were lucky enough to hear their story and enjoy the great beer they brew. Named in honor of our founder Jeff's bike trip through Belgium, Fat Tire Amber Ale marks a turning point in the young electrical engineer's home brewing. Belgian beers use a far broader pallet of ingredients (fruits, spices, esoteric yeast strains) than German or English styles. Jeff found the Belgian approach freeing. Upon his return, Jeff created Fat Tire and Abbey Belgian Ale, (assuming Abbey would be his big gun). He and his wife, Kim traveled around sampling their homebrews to the public. Fat Tire's appeal quickly became evident. People liked everything about it. Except the name.

Brewed and bottle-conditioned at Orval monastery founded in the 1100s in the pastoral Belgium countryside. Fermenting three times with three different malts and two types of hops give great character and complexity. This vintage-dated chardonnay of the beer world can be cellared up to five years. Sunset-orange color; a fruity and slightly acidic bouquet, firm body, profound hop bitterness, and long, dry finish.

1926 saw the birth of one of the most important additions to the family, Stella Artois. Stella, the Latin word for star, was first introduced in celebration of the festive season. It was an instant sensation, and became so popular that it stayed in demand throughout history, and for decades to come. Today, Stella Artois is renowned as a quality beer conditioned for an average of 6 - 11 days longer than most other beers. It is full-bodied with an alcohol content of 5.2% ABV and is best enjoyed at a cool 3o C.

Deep dark in color with little to no head. A rich malty taste, spicy [thyme] and fruity [dried grapes] aroma and a complex vinous fruity palate, which is complimented by malt overtones.

Deep brown color; the flavor is vigorous and complex, with firm body to support the strength. The aroma has elusive notes of fresh fruit, spice, leather, and figs.

Allagash Confluence Ale is created with a mixed fermentation; utilizing our house primary Belgian style yeast in combination with our proprietary Brettanomyces strain. The two yeast strains work in tandem creating a marriage between spice and fruit flavors that ultimately leave a lingering silky mouth feel.

Here in Brooklyn we've combined European malt and hops, Belgian dark sugar, and raw wildflower honey from a New York family farm to create Brooklyn Local 2. Our special Belgian yeast adds hints of spice to the dark fruit, caramel, and chocolate flavors. After 100% bottle re-fermentation, the beer reveals a marvelous dry complexity, enjoyable by itself or at the dinner table.

The ale by which all others should be measured. With its famous cloudy sediment and its distinctive balance of malt, hops and fruity characters, the old 'Red Label' is a tasty slice of Coopers history. Little has changed since Thomas Cooper produced his first batch of Coopers Sparkling Ale in 1862. It's still brewed naturally using the century old top fermentation method and it still tastes great! Sparkling Ale contains no additives or preservatives.

With a modest, off-white head, Newcastle pours a deep chestnut color, and displays brilliant clarity. The flavor offers substantial maltiness and very subtle hop bitterness for balance. Newcastle Brown Ale was first brewed in 1927 in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England, by Jim Porter after three years of development.

A Belgian Style Tripel Fermented Ale. Brewed with imported Belgian barley and yeast for an authentic balance of classic fruity flavors.

Orchard White is an unfiltered, bottle conditioned Belgian-style witbier. This hazy, straw yellow beer is spiced with coriander, citrus peel and lavender added to the boil and whirlpool. A spicy, fruity yeast strain is used to add complexity, and rolled oats are added for a silky texture.

Saison Rue is an unfiltered, bottle conditioned, Belgian/French-style farmhouse ale. This is a beer of subtlety and complexity, with malted rye, spicy, fruity yeast notes, biscuit-like malt backbone, and a slight citrus hop character. With age, this beer will dry out and will become more complex with rustic notes of leather and earth from the contribution of a wild yeast strain. Being a Saison, Saison Rue is ambiguous unto itself as it is a different beer when fresh and when aged. We hope you enjoy it in all of its incarnations.

A delectable blonde ale with sprightly fruitiness, soft malting, and a slightly dry, gently-hopped finish. A sparkling nose, complex flavors, and a touch of bitterness give this 6% beer all the refreshing qualities of classic Blonde ale.

This ale can be cellared standing upright, in a dark, cool place at 42-50° F, but we recommend immediate enjoyment of its refreshing qualities.
