Self-Defined Style:Belgian Dubbel
Dark amber, medium bodied, complex malty taste (made with 7 different malts).
Best With:This beer is an excellent compliment to beef stews, Portobello mushrooms & lamb dishes. Hearty shrimp and mussel dishes work nicely as well as rich chocolate desserts. Brie, Cheddar & Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeses pair well with the Double.
