Sour/Wild Ale Belgian Golden fermented exclusively in french oak with an ale yeast, two strains of Brettanomyces and Lactic Acid Bacteria. Aged in oak for 2.5 years.
Best With:
The delightful tart quality of these beers enables them to work well as an aperitif, however they pair beautifully with tart desserts such as sour cherry pie, or strawberry rhubarb crisp. User login
