Berliner Weisse Bayrischer Bahnhof's interpretation is a slightly softer, more mellow version of the "Berliner Weisse" style with a beautiful balance of tartness, fruitiness, and sweetness. Straw color with some haze, big dense head and insistent sparkle when poured correctly. Aroma offers sweet and sour notes with a hint of raspberries. Mellow character with raspberry and citrus flavors with lactic tartness in the background.

Best With:
The Berliner style weiss is almost always paired with a red raspberry or a green woodruff herbal syrup. To serve, pour about a tablespoon of the syrup in the bottom of a glass, then fill with beer at the table for a dramatic presentation. It's not uncommon to serve with a straw on a hot summer day.
