Self-Defined Style:
Anniversary Brew Deep amber with a slight haze. Tight head. Intense nose with distinct notes of exotic fruit, raspberry schnapps and freshly-cut hay, complex, it will evolve with time. On the palate, the beer first yields an intense creamy feeling leading to a crisp, moderately bitter finish mirroring the bouquet. La Cuvée gives a very long mouth feel and its serious hopping means it'll evolve well over time.
Best With:
This ale would be nice with seafood, but could be even better appreciated when washing the palate with a fine glazed raspberry torte, where the flavors can bounce off each other making a whole new rich bouquet. User login
