Saison w/Lambic Duchessic is the result of the blend of two beers. One is Duchessa , Birra del Borgo's Saison brewed with spelt; The second beer is Lambic brewed at cantillon brewery in Bruxelles. Both brews are blended just before bottling {10% lambic, 90% Duchessa{ . The use of Cantillon lambic gives Duchessic its special wild charachter.
