Brewed By:
Pausa Cafè
Self-Defined Style:
Czech Pilsener Inspired by the traditional Bohemian beer, made with Pilsner malt and noble Saaz hop flowers. Cooking in the tradition of "triple decoction, gives a full malty flavor, balanced by floral and dried hops and a gold loading. Finally, a cold maturation over 10 weeks in Slavonian oak barrels gives balance and royalty, oxidative light tones and sweetness on the nose with slight vanilla notes. Dedication and tradition for an extraordinary rediscovery beer.
Best With:
Golden lagers are among the most diverse food beers, with the more straightforward American lagers pairing well with fried and oily foods, particularly pizza and pub grub, and the more assertively bitter Bohemian and German pilsners, which work wonderfully with saltwater fish. User login
