Belgian Amber Ale Kwak is a rich amber in color with a slightly sweet, generously malty character. Hops are subdued, but present a well-considered balance with the juicy ripeness of grain a fruity, meringue softness.
Best With:
The strong carbonation of this blond would lift the oils from a rosemary salmon, leaving the flavors to mesh and melt on the palate.

This is an awesome beer that comes in a pretty sweet glass! I met the importer from Artisanal Imports last week at the Flying Saucer in Austin, TX and learned that this glass was originally designed to fit into a custom holder on horse-drawn carriages. Fascinating!
