Brewed By:
Broughton
Self-Defined Style:
Scottish Ale The power and character of this exceptional knight, one of Scotland's heroes is, we believe, reflected in this dark ruby, traditional ale which bears his name. Medium-bodied, with a subtle hop aroma, on the palate this luxurious beer has a deep, full flavor which balances a toasty maltiness, mild bitterness, and a hint of sweet herbs. It finishes clean and mostly dry, but with a faintly subtle sweetness.
Best With:
Great with turkey, roasted ham, and grilled pork tenderloin. User login
