Brewed By:
The Bruery
Self-Defined Style:
Imperial Oud Bruin A collaboration between The Bruery and Cigar City Brewing, this Imperial Oud Bruin is layered with aromas of cranberries, tropical fruits, leather and aged balsamic, balanced by wood tannins and roasted malt. For our first collaboration beer, we are lucky to partner with a brewery a country apart, but on a similar path, Cigar City Brewing out of Tampa, Florida. Marrón Acidifié is suitable for aging up to five years when cellared properly.
Best With:
The delightful tart quality of these beers enables them to work well as an aperitif, however they pair beautifully with tart desserts such as sour cherry pie, or strawberry rhubarb crisp.
