Self-Defined Style:
Double IPA Red God features 5 different hop varieties showcasing, in particular, Columbus, Amarillo, and Centennial. These varieties combine for a strong herbal, spicy, citrusy character, which dominates the palate.
Hopping rate is, aggressive at nearly five pounds per barrel, yet balance prevails! American pale and Belgian caramel malts provide a malty, deep red pedestal upon which this hop fest rides until its long, lingering, hop-bittered finish. Beware this vengeful God!
