American IPA Choc Beer Company released Spring India Pale Ale (IPA), February 14th. Spring IPA is the latest seasonal offering from Choc’s popular line of limited edition brews. It follows the brewery’s successful Winter Baltic Porter. Spring IPA is available in six packs and on draft.
India Pale Ale, a style created in England, has been wholly adopted and reimagined by American brewers. We use a unique mix of premium base and honey malt to which we add the star ingredient, American grown hops. The hops create an assertive, yet balanced flavor, highlighted by citrus and floral hops.
