Cidre Bouche Brut Rusty gold in color with a bright, short lived froth. The nose suggests fruity apples and hints of soft butter. The flavor is crisp apple, with a nice long dry tannic finish.
Best With:
This cider is amazing on its own and even better with light cheeses, walnuts and almonds and light green salads. Try it with parmesan cheese and walnuts drizzled with honey.
