Self-Defined Style:
Cidre Slightly cloudy in appearance with a rusty orange, gold color. The nose offers apples, wood, a rich mineral tang, and apple skin. The flavor reveals dry apples, subtle acidity, with fruitiness increasing as the cider warms and oxidizes. Dry, meaty-bacon/smoke in the finish, replaced by appley hints and a lingering dryness.
Best With:
This cider is amazing on its own and even better with light cheeses, walnuts and almonds and light green salads. Try it with parmesan cheese and walnuts drizzled with honey.
