Self-Defined Style:
English Style Pale Ale Our flagship beer, an English style pale ale. Wonderfully balanced with Maris Otter malt, hints of crystal malt and generously hopped with East Kent Goldings, it has a rich honey color and fruity hop aroma. It is named in honor of Nantucket's whaling history.
Best With:
This English style ale was primarily brewed to go along with all sorts of seafood yet lends itself well with game bird, broth style soups and particularly well with almonds. User login

Good Stuff!
Appearance:
Clean looking in the glass
Aroma:
Slight hop
Flavor:
Slightly more hop than expected with this beer but it's very good
Mouthfeel:
Feels a bit dry
Overall Impression:
Enjoyed this very much. More hops present than malts but I really liked this beer.
Comments:
I had some of these during the Super Bowl. Would have been better had the Patriots won! Still a great Ale. Also, it has a 5.68 ABV content. It shows here as 6.8. This beer has a nice, subtle bite to it and the flavor would go well with spicy style foods such as Thai or Mexican.
