Barleywine #3 Reserve is also Cricket Hill’s 500 th brew! True to form, #3 is a Barleywine created in the usual easy to drink style that has become Cricket Hill’s trademark. Holding the Barleywine at 8% ABV allows the non-traditional Barleywine drinker an opportunity to taste a full flavored BW without the usual overwhelming alcohol kick! Once again Cricket Hill has stayed true to its mission and has brewed us beer drinkers a wonderful treat. Look for it in April.

With an invigorating warming quality and a robust alcoholic content, barley wines are the ultimate night cap beers. The round, viscous body of barley wine and its fruity complexity enable it to pair well with fresh vanilla ice cream. Some experts also recommend pairing a rich barley wine with a strong Cuban cigar.
