Belgian Scotch Ale Bottle conditioned, flavorful rich brown colored ale with a big, malty flavor and a characteristic Belgian round, fluffy finish.
Best With:
This dark Scotch style ale has an affinity for lamb, game birds and partner well with cream sauces such as Alfredo and carbonara. Great with roasted, grilled and steamed vegetables. Excellent with créme brulee and butter cookies.

Cloudy brown, malt taste. Smell isn't very strong but has an equally mild aftertaste. Pleasing, but not terribly substantial. Straight B.
