Belgian Barley Wine Deep dark in color with little to no head. A rich malty taste, spicy [thyme] and fruity [dried grapes] aroma and a complex vinous fruity palate, which is complimented by malt overtones.
Best With:
Excellent choice with savory dishes, meats, slow-cooked French dishes, pork loin, lamb, rabbit, beef, salmon, potatoes, marinated roasts, rich cheeses, almost every rich dessert.
