Belgian IPA Inspired by a trip to the Pacific Northwest, Urthel Brewster Hildegard has created this homage to hops in the style of American Craft Brewers. Using European hops and nothing but Pilsner malt, Hildegard has created a vibrant, hoppy, full-flavored classic.
Best With:
The unusually pleasant hoppiness of this Belgian-style ale make it an ideal match for some spicier hearty fare such as beef chili, dry rubbed pork ribs, and heavily spiced Thai dishes.
