Belgian Abbey Blonde Ale Blonde from Brasserie Des Rocs has a golden/yellow color with massive white head and taste of roasted grains with variety of spices in the background (although no spices are used) finishing quite fresh, crisp and slightly bitter.
Best With:
The strong carbonation of this blond would lift the oils from a rosemary salmon, leaving the flavors to mesh and melt on the palate.
